- Max E. Odneal, 81, died Thursday, March 4, 2004; he was a resident of Manteca. He was born on Dec. 27, 1922 in Turlock. Mr. Odneal owned and operated Odneal's Bait Supply for many years. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served during World War II. Max was a musician who enjoyed playing for others. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Mr. Odneal is survived by his wife{ Frances C. Odneal of Manteca}; his step-daughter{, Patricia L. Silveira of Florida}; three step grandchildren and four step great-grandchildren.
Park View Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements. Visitation will be Thursday, March 11, 2004, 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Park View Memorial Chapel, 3661 E. French Camp Road, Manteca; with Graveside Service at 12 Noon at Park View Cemetery. [6]
