  Notes	BISMARCK, N.D. - Orville M. Overland, age 86, of Bismarck, N.D. passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2006 at Missouri Slope Nursing Home in Bismarck. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 28, 2006 at Peace Lutheran Church in rural Crosby with Pastor Larry Glaeske officiating. Burial will follow at Troy Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2006 at Stakston-Martin Funeral Home in Crosby and also one hour before the service at the church. Orville was born May 19, 1920 in rural Crosby to Ole and Mathilda Overland. He was baptized and confirmed at Troy Lutheran Church and attended Lexington Public School through the eighth grade. Orville married Fredella Skaare on Sept. 29, 1956 in Crosby and they farmed the Overland homestead until they retired and moved to Williston in December of 1985. Orville entered Crosby Good Samaritan Center in June of 2005 and Missouri Slope in January of 2006. He enjoyed playing the accordion and was a member of a couple bands through the years that provided entertainment to Divide and Williams County areas. Orville was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Fredella, one son, one sister, one brother and one grandson. {He is survived by his son, Mark Overland and wife Cheryl of Crosby; his daughter, Renee Morris and husband Terry of Bismarck; step-daughter, Yvonne Myhre of Warrenton, Va.; stepson, Kipton Holgerson and wife Joan of Pasadena, Md.; grandchildren Kyle and Cody Overland of Crosby, Kristina Overland and friend Ross Hanson of Fargo, N.D., Kayla and Mitch Bower of Bismarck, Mike Myhre and wife Donna of Nokesville, Va., Laurie Keck and husband Jim of Warrenton, John Myhre of wife Cindy of Warrenton, Kim Parks and husband Keith of Severna Park, Md., Karen Vance and husband Jeff of Pasadena, Wendy Valco and husband Chris of Crofton, Md.; brother, Gordon Overland and wife Ardelle of Alamo, N.D.; sisters, Doris Johnson and Luella Johnson of Crosby; and thirteen great-grandchildren.} Stakston-Martin Funeral Home in Crosby is in charge of arrangements.
