- Elna was born on July 2, 1917 and passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2007. Elna was a resident of Ames, Nebraska at the time of her passing. She graduated from high school in DeSmet. She was preceded in death by her husband Rex. There is to be no viewing, however the family will be at the Ludvigsen Mortuary in Fremont on Friday from 5 to 7 PM to receive friends. A memorial service will be held 11 Saturday in St. Timothy Lutheran Church with Rev. Maetta Snyder officiating. The committal will be later in Memorial Cemetery.
