Mary Comstock St. John was left not mentioned in her father's will, but her husband James St. John was mentioned as follows: Ebenezer Santion , James Sention, Nathan Olmstead, and Hannah Comstock of Milford, receipt, 1 July 1707, to Samuel Comstock, executor of Christopher Comstock, "for all legacies after decease of our mother Hannah Comstock.", proving she was a daughter of Christopher and Hannah Comstock.
