- Helen Irene Harker, 83, of Kewanee, Illinois, formerly of Plano, passed away Sunday, September 30, 1990, at the Kewanee Public Hospital. She was born March 20, 1907, in Kane County, Illinois, the daughter of August and Carrie Bornemann. She was a member of the Bristol Methodist Church, the Bristol Farmers Club, and the L.C.S.S. She is survived by one son{, Richard Harker of Kewanee}; eight grandchildren{, Andy, Gene, Anne, Paul, David, Sue, Larry, and Peggy}; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ferdinand F. Harker; her parents; and two sisters, Mabel Maier, and Dorothy Dobbs. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 1990, at the Larson Funeral Home in Plano. Rev. Thomas Kingery will officiate. Interment will be in Plano Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m., until the time of service on Wednesday at the Funeral Home.
